TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Portland Casino CASINO

DEFINITIONS
Throughout these terms, "Wer" means Wer Casino and its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Wer reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend/terminate any gaming account at its discretion. The Player shall ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
PLAYERS' OBLIGATIONS
The Player must not:

use a false name or identity;
create more than one account on the Wer website, unless explicitly authorized by Wer in writing.
register others to play for them;
open an account on behalf of another person; nor shall any such accounts be used.

operate its business with integrity and transparency and adhere to all applicable laws;

PAYMENT AND PAYOUT TERMS

The payment terms are as follows:(i) Wer does not provide refunds for deposits.(ii) Winnings can only be paid out via the method used for deposit, unless a different payout method has been agreed in writing by Wer prior to any winnings being credited.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS
Prior to withdrawing any winnings from a bonus or promotional offer made by Wer, the Player must meet all wagering requirements as stated on the Website and/or within the Terms of that particular promotion.
PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(i) All bonuses are subject to specific terms which can be found in the Promotions section of our website.(ii) Any bonus awarded remains valid for a maximum period of 30 days from issue date, unless otherwise stated on the Website and/or within those Terms and Conditions of that particular promotion.(iii) Bonuses will only become withdrawable once a minimum wagering requirement has been met.

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

If any dispute arises between the Parties in respect of any matter connected to this Agreement, then the matter shall be resolved through arbitration as set out below.

The Party wishing to initiate a grievance procedure must provide written notice to the other Party.
A panel consisting of at least 2 impartial and experienced arbitrators shall be established to hear all matters related to the dispute. Such proceedings will take place in a location acceptable to both Parties. Each arbitration hearing is to take place on a best efforts basis and if possible within 6 weeks.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement, as well as any disputes arising out of or connected with this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
CANCELLATION

Upon written notice to Wer, either Party may cancel this agreement at its sole discretion.

By registering or continuing to play on the Website after changes have been made, you agree to such modifications.

The Player acknowledges that these Terms are comprehensive and supersede any prior representations (if any).

Portland Casino RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR VARY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
